Job Description:
- Prepare quotes and contracts based on information received from sales staff
- Provide vehicle files and driver files for orders as required by the construction site.
- Carry out internal procedures to fulfill orders confirmed by customers.
- Monitor the orders you handle and calculate monthly volumes.
- Draft documents and correspondence (in English and Vietnamese) (if any)
- Prepare work reports as assigned by superiors.
- Comply with the arrangements and assignments of superiors.
Requirements:
- College or university degree in any field
- Foreign language: Conversational English or Conversational Japanese
- Diligent, quick, and eager to learn
- Experience: Preference for candidates with over 1 year of experience.
