Job Description:

  • Prepare quotes and contracts based on information received from sales staff
  • Provide vehicle files and driver files for orders as required by the construction site.
  • Carry out internal procedures to fulfill orders confirmed by customers.
  • Monitor the orders you handle and calculate monthly volumes.
  • Draft documents and correspondence (in English and Vietnamese) (if any)
  • Prepare work reports as assigned by superiors.
  • Comply with the arrangements and assignments of superiors.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in any field
  • Foreign language: Conversational English or Conversational Japanese
  • Diligent, quick, and eager to learn
  • Experience: Preference for candidates with over 1 year of experience.
